The works included the construction of internal roads, essential infrastructure, utilities, and key community facilities, along with the upgrade of Ferguson Street to improve access to the estate.
SNL Building also delivered the estate’s clubhouse and pool precinct, alongside landscaped pathways, car parking, and groundwork for future amenities including a lawn bowls green and men’s shed.
